Thanks to its three-layer construction: base, aluminium box, countertop equipment – you can change your offer within minutes without rebuilding the entire system. How does the modular bicycle trailer work?

Foodbike x Carla is a modular catering system in which you invest once in the base – the Carla or eCarla trailer with independent power supply – and then freely exchange working boxes, adapting your offer to the season, location and demand.

You can choose between two types of modules:

  • Ice cream box – with an efficient 6+4 freezer display, ideal for ice cream.
  • Universal box – with full installations, ready to work with various devices: coffee machine, crepe maker, waffle maker, hot water urn, lemonade setup – you decide what you serve today

SuperFlex Construction

Thanks to the “Super Flex” construction, you change only the working module or the equipment on the countertop, while the base and infrastructure remain unchanged.
The roof structure and finishing elements (e.g. branded fabric) can also be transferred between boxes – maintaining a consistent appearance and saving on materials.

Gastronomy bicycle trailer – one system, multiple solutions

Each working box in the Foodbike x Carla system is equipped with an integrated sanitary unit, meeting basic sanitary requirements for mobile catering points. The system consists of three tanks with a capacity of 6.5 litres each: fresh water tank, boiler with water heater, and grey water tank. This solution provides independence, hygiene and operational readiness in all conditions – without the need for a permanent connection to the water supply network.
